Exchange / Refund Policy

Exchange Policy:

• You must raise an exchange request within 1 days of receiving the parcel.
• The product(s) must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and labels intact.
• We will arrange for a reverse pickup once the exchange query is raised.
• No shipping charges will apply for exchanges.
• Once exchanged, the order is no longer eligible for further exchange or return.
• The exchanged product will be shipped within 1-2 working days after we receive the returned item.

Refund Policy:

• A refund request must be raised within 1 days of receiving the parcel.
• The product(s) must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and labels intact.
• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
• The refund process will be initiated within 3-5 working days of receiving the returned product.
